The Encounter

I really suck at giving titles. I'm very much aware that the title has nothing to do with the painting, but I had to give it some name and this was the first thing that popped up in my mind. Anyway, what I was trying to achieve here was to incorporate different moods so to say. We have the gentle side, like the butterfly and the ornament on her left eye, and a "bad", mischievous side with the snake and the tattoo. I'm not really sure if I have managed to do this, but somehow I like the way it turned out. I cannot spend any more minute contemplating about this piece or correcting it, so here it is, judge it as you please
